A ten-month journey to enlightenment and birthing your higher self
At The Enlightened Dawn, we are passionate about helping you achieve a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. This course is the culmination of 22 years of wisdom gained through various and many holistic trainings as well as my own personal spiritual journey. It is finally time to share all I know!
I will share with you the keys to how I learned to love myself more every day, increased my self-esteem, gained confidence and the ability to tune in and trust my intuition, overcame chronic Lyme disease, manifested my husband, my son and my home, took a leap of faith to leave the health care industry and live out my life mission, have a three-day work week, and navigate life's struggles with as much ease as possible.

A ten-month spiritual journey in birthing a whole new you.
This course is for you if:

The journey begins in September.
There will be three options for your meeting days. One Saturday per month, 10 am -2pm.
One Friday per month,5:30-9:30
or via Zoom Twice monthly on Mondays, 10am-12pm.
(Dates will be disclosed on sign up.)
We will have a private Facebook group (or other app, depending on the needs of the group) where we will stay connected throughout the month and you will receive guided meditations, journal prompts and other fun assignments to dive deeper into each month’s practices.
This course is limited to six participants to keep a small, intimate container.
Cost: $2222
Early bird special: pay in full by August 20th for the discounted price of $2000.

Energy Tools for the Empath
This class is for the sensitive soul that FEELS everything, including other people's feelings and the weight of the world. This can be overwhelming, to say the least! This small in person workshop will provide tips and tools to conserve your energy and create boundaries to not absorb the energy around you, leaving you with more energy for yourself, as well as some peace of mind.
Class length: 2.5-3 hours
Cost: $44

Community Circle and Guided Meditation
Join us in circle to share in community and healing with a sense of togetherness and peace.
Each meditation is a devotion to self and will have a theme.
There will be time to share following each meditation.
Class lenght: 2 hours
Cost: $22

Intro to Plant Medicine
Join me in my back yard for a beautiful day of learning about plant medicine!
We will deep dive into five plants and their medicinal properties, take a plant ID walk through the yard, learn how to make tinctures with the folk method, learn about creating your own Materia medica and I will share some books and trustworthy resources.
Class length: 3-4 hours
Cost: $55

Wooing Your Business
This three-month, 10-week course is designed to work with the business entrepreneur in a supportive group setting or one on one, over Zoom and offers support with the business side of things-marketing, social media, websites, and reviews as well as helping to work through some of the limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome holding you back from success. Business can be lonely as a solo-preneur, and this program also provides accountability and support. Let's rise together!

Reiki One and Then Some
Learn the tradition and become attuned to Usui Reiki, level one.
We will learn the history of Reiki and how it came to the United States, then become attuned to the reiki energy and activate it in your being. We will then learn and practice the hand placements and techniques for healing.
In addition to this, we will also go over how to ground, shield and clear your energy so you don't absorb the energy of others or become drained after working on someone.
Class length: approx 12 hours broken into 2 days

Mindful Moms, Calmer Kids
Come and take a mommy time out and learn some tips and tools to bring more mindfulness into your day. Learn some calming tools and meditations, not only yourself, but techniques you can teach your children to bring more peace into the household.
