I’m Dawn Gallahue, LMT, and for more than 23 years, I’ve devoted my life to understanding the body, the nervous system, emotional patterns, and the energetic field that shapes our well-being. My work blends intuitive healing, massage therapy, mind–body techniques, and deep energetic understanding to support powerful and lasting transformation.

About Dawn
For more than 23 years, I’ve devoted my life to healing—first my own, and then the lives of others. My journey began in my early twenties, as a young woman with poor self-esteem who was surrounded by negativity, I stumbled upon polarity therapy-a type of energy work, where I quickly discovered my intuitive ability to sense what people are holding beneath the surface. That sensitivity led me into years of study in energy healing, holistic modalities, emotional release work, and somatic therapies.
As an empath and deeply attuned practitioner, I help clients release long-held emotional and physical patterns so they can step into clarity, balance, and transformation.
At The Enlightened Dawn, my work weaves together bodywork, intuition, spirituality, and integrative mind–body practices. I am a licensed massage therapist, energy healer, life coach, educator, children’s book author, and ordained minister—and above all, a guide who walks beside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom, intuition, and awaken the healer already inside you.
I consider myself a perpetual student of healing. I am always learning new ways to support my own growth as well as the healing journeys of others. Most recently, I became certified in TMJ therapy, expanding my ability to help clients release jaw tension, headaches, and chronic face and neck pain.
My commitment to healing is also personal. I’ve navigated and healed through many of life's obstacles, including my own experience with Lyme disease, which has deepened my empathy, patience, and understanding of the body’s incredible capacity to restore itself. And as a homeschooling mama, I’ve learned to embody presence, adaptability, and grounded (and sometimes not so grounded) resilience. Let's not forget, I'm also able to have fun and embrace spending time with my son, allowing my inner child to come out and play. My own ongoing spiritual practices keep me aligned, evolving, and continually expanding the tools I can share with others. This includes the shadow work! I am not all love and light! We can hold space for the dark and heavy.

I also bring 15 years of clinical healthcare experience as a (former) Registered Polysomnographic (Sleep) Technologist and Registered EEG Technologist, working with adult and pediatric patients. My academic training includes a bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Earth, and Ocean Sciences with a certificate in Geographic Information Systems, and an associate degree in Electroneurodiagnostics with a certificate in Polysomnography.
This blend—intuitive, spiritual, and clinically informed—allows me to approach your healing from a truly holistic, integrative perspective.
